What is your turnaround time?

 

 

Our typical turnaround time for wholesale orders is 5–10 business days, depending on order size and current production volume. Each candle and wax melt is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Larger or custom orders may require additional time, and we’ll always communicate expected ship dates before processing payment.

 

 

 

 

Are your products ready for retail display?

 

 

Yes! All CSC’s Candle Bakery products arrive professionally labeled, shrink-wrapped or sealed, and completely shelf-ready for immediate resale.

 

 

 

 

What are your minimum order requirements?

 

 

All wholesale products are sold by the case.

 

• Candles are sold in cases of 4 (11oz each)

• Wax melts are sold in cases of 4 (6oz each)

 

 

 

 

 

How are orders shipped?

 

 

We package all orders with care to protect your products in transit. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. Free or discounted shipping may apply to large bulk orders.

 

 

 

 

Do you offer custom options?
