By checking out, you agree that CSC's Candle Bakery does not offer returns on products, order editing, or order cancellations. CSC's Candle Bakery processes orders in which they are received. Processing times can take up to 10 business days depending on your order size. You agree and understand that you are responsible for shipping costs. If you are needing expedited order processing, please reach out to us at wholesale@candlebakery.info and we will work with your timeline as best as we can. By checking out, you understand that CSC's Candle Bakery labeling must stay on all candles and wax melts at all times; failure to comply to this condition will result in permanent deletion of your wholesale account and we can no longer offer a wholesale account to you. By checking out, you understand and agree that all social media posts with our products must include our company name can not be misrepresented as if you handmade this product yourself. This would violate our copyright and trademark agreements and would result in a permanent deletion of your wholesale account. By checking out, you understand and agree that if your product arrives damaged by the postal service, you have to submit photo evidence of the damage to us within 24 hours of the delivery to be eligible for a replacement of the damaged product. Failure to provide photo evidence within 24 hours will result in no product replacement. Thanks!
